• What is the difference between the SwanScout 506SM and SwanScout 506M?
  The SwanScout 506SM is a magnetic wireless charger designed exclusively for Samsung devices, while the SwanScout 506M is compatible with iPhones. Both models are magnetic chargers with a detachable charging pad.
• Can this product charge Samsung phones without a magnetic case?
  This product uses magnetic wireless charging and only supports Samsung phones with a magnetic case when used as a charging stand—otherwise, the phone cannot be magnetically secured to the stand. However, when using the charging pad separately and laying it flat, it can charge Samsung phones directly, as long as the coil is properly aligned.
• Can the magnetic charging pad be detached and used separately?
  Yes, this product features a detachable design. You can connect the stand to a power source and attach the charging pad to it, allowing you to freely detach the phone for calls or other tasks while charging. Alternatively, you can connect the charging pad directly to a power source and use it independently, making it easy to remove and carry.
• Where can I charge my earbuds?
  The same charging pad used for phones can also charge earbuds. Just make sure to detach the pad and place it flat on a surface for proper charging.
• What type of adapter should I use?
  This product does not include an adapter. You will need to use a PD 9V2.22A adapter. For optimal performance, we recommend using an adapter with a power output of 25W or higher to ensure that all devices can be charged simultaneously.
• Does This Product Have Any Other Names or Variations?
